What are the payment terms?
For export orders: 50% down payment, 50% before shipment. For local orders: Full payment or COD options available for some areas.

Can I visit your workshop in Jepara?
Yes, we welcome visits. Please make an appointment beforehand so we can prepare a tour and show you our production process.

Do you offer warranty or after-sales service?
